It is a dry amber wine - orange wine - made from white Rkatsiteli grapes, from the Kakheti region.

The grapes are harvested and selected by hand in a traditional way and after the crushing process, they are fermented and aged on their own lees. Due to fermentation and aging with its skins, it has aromas of peach and melon.

Orange wine in the mouth has a very notable presence of tannins, due to the production process.

If you have never tried an amber wine, this wine may be the best one to start with. Its unique structure and balanced acidity make it perfect for venturing into exploring new culinary flavors and enjoying gastronomic experiences.
