Tsarapi - Amber wine/Orange wine, natural wine made in Qvevri, grape variety -Rkatsiteli.

Tsarapi - is a natural wine, orange wine/amber wine of Designation of Origin, made from Rkatsiteli grapes, grown in the region of Kakheti .

The grapes are harvested and selected by hand in a traditional way.

The winemaking process at Qvevri imparts the wine with a unique depth and character. The white grapes, along with their skins and seeds, ferment in these ancient clay amphorae, creating an alchemical dance of flavors and aromas and that is why orange wine is called amber wine.
