Alazani Marani, Rkatsiteli is an amber-colored wine (made from Rkatsiteli grapes), grown in the Kakheti region. The grapes are harvested and selected by hand in a traditional way.

The wine making process involves pressing the grapes and then pouring the juice, grape skins, stems and seeds into the Qvevri. The fermentation process takes place inside the Qvevri.
